Webinar: NTD 2019 Safety and Security Non-Rail Mode Reporting

September 12, 2019

Welcome everyone on behalf of the National
Transit Institute a thank you for participating in the N.T. D safety and
security non rail mode reporting webinar. The National Transit Institute develops
promotes and delivers training and education programs for
the public transit industry states. We are pleased to have an Singleton
James Overby and Stephen basalt as our presenters and Singleton senior safety and
security analyst for the program since 2009 and has been
involved with several F.T.A. initiatives. Such as the state safety oversight program
the commuter rail safety study and the transit and safety and security
program in a variety of roles hired and to work with F.D.A. she was a software
engineer and database developer. James Overbeak currently works as
a validation analyst for the safety and security module of the National Transit
database Stephen does all joined the N.T. team in January 28th he is a graduate
of James Madison University and is a validation analyst for the safety and security module of
the National Transit database. Having made the transition
from the annual module. Today’s webinar our marks and
his 1st use of the Zoom platform so hope everyone is on board and
functioning properly which would be nice. Hopefully this is a little simpler and
more streamlined. The webinars will function similarly as
in the past where Anne, James and Stephen will present their information and there
will be periodic breaks for questions. Instead of posing your questions in the
chat box please use the Q and A box Which. I see Larry see already found. The Q.
and A box will allow everyone to see the questions without having
to skim through lines of chat. If any questions do come up in the chat
I’ll try to transfer them to Q. and A box as we go along as I mentioned
there’s periodic stopping points for questions but you can kind of put
them in there I guess at any time and will just stop and
answer them at those junctures the link to the handout was included
in the original emails and if you don’t have that anymore I will paste
a link in the chat box again for anyone. Who missed it I will now turn
the presentation over to you and thank you Lori your doctrine or want to
thank you so much for joining us today. My controls to the next screen. And you have to request to share
your member how to do that or you want me to just. Hear. Here I’m giving you control there. You sorry one there with
us figuring things out. OK you should be able to transfer now. OK Thank you. The goal of today’s session
is to fill Mailer was in T.V. reporters with with the safety and
security reporting requirements and the individual reporting forms we hope
that the knowledge again today will make your job easier and we sincerely
appreciate your commitment to safety and security reporting for those of you that
report purchased transportation providers also known as P T in the system please
share this presentation with them so that they are aware of what
you’re required to report in T.V. this presentation would also be helpful
for those that provide data to you or your department for reporting so if they will show you how to
access the in T.V. system and navigate through the menus and forms
we’ll discuss how set up is achieved. And we were viewed the safety and
security C.E.O. sort of occasion form vs nest 20 the S. and S. 30 security configuration forms will review the 200-1000 reporting
clarifications and form changes. Reporting on the S. NIST 50 non-major monthly summary forms as
well as reporting S N S 40 major events. As mentioned James Stephen and I are your instructors for today
Joe Eldridge into the project manager and Maggie Schilling into the program
manager will not be joining us today. So as you see here is our contact data
which will also show at the end of the sessions they will be able to
have another opportunity to jot down information your sign safety analyst
contact information is also displayed within the N.P.T. system on
the summary view in the safety and security reporting package which I’ll
show you a little bit later on if you do not know who your analyst is please feel
free to contact any of us or systems OK 1st we’ll have a brief
overview of the N.T.P. system and then again we’ll
discuss the website and accessing. I’m sorry I don’t seem to still
control the RICO maybe there’s a delay in 174 Congress established the National
Transit database program as a means to collect information and statistics
on transit systems in the United States the 1st data was collected the 1979 with
paper reports since then the entity has involved into the nation’s primary source
of information and just excited transit systems all modes of transportation
are included in the N.T. data collection. Agencies that are receptive answer
beneficiaries of urbanized area formula programs bonds 53075311 are required
to report data with some exceptions both public and private providers are
encouraged to voluntarily report as this will increase the federal grant allocation
to that urbanized area all reporters designated those poll reporters in
the system are required to report monthly safety and security events meeting
a threshold agency’s designated at some small systems or rural tribal reporters
report safety and security data on annual basis rather than monthly
agencies who have received reporting raver due to its significant natural
disaster are not required to report for the period of that waiver
the entity data is used to provide industry performance reports to
Congress and other federal agencies and departments and is used to factor
federal funding allocations for use E.A.S. which was over
8000000000 last year the N.T.T. DATA is also used to direct support or
improve other F.D.A. and program initiatives such as
the safety oversight program into the data is also used to generous and
generate a variety of riot excuse me analyses of trends in the say in
transit safety and security a Benz. The safety and security data is
published on a monthly basis and it’s available to the general public on
the N.T. web page this data is accessed by federal state agencies transit systems
media or any other interested parties published data can be found on
the entity web site under the N.P.T. data link show you that a little bit
there’s 2 products there the safety and security time series data and the tape
safety and security major only time series data data reported is validated and
checked for accuracy by safety and security analyst to review each report
that submitted the analyst will contact the entity reporter for questions late
incomplete reports questionable data missing or missing reports based on a bet
notifications that we received we may also contact agencies for various special
analyses we conduct throughout the year such as are compared about analysis used
to identify adverse trends and just. The various forms and reports do have
deadlines Yes an ISP If the monthly summaries are due on the last day of each
month for the previous month’s data for example March data is due by the end
of April however commuter rail mode and Alaska Railroad do not report on the Essen
esp if the monthly summary the N.T.P. system sends automated e-mail reporting
reminders to the safety contact on the 20th of each month this is not a late
notice it’s just a reminder to report the N.T.P. system sends automated
late notices on the 1st and the 5th of the month when your
data has not been submitted Please note that a report that’s been
saved but not submitted is considered late when late notices are sent It’s quite
common for analysts Treece calls or emails from reporters saying that they know they
did their data so that may be true but if it was not submitted it will be
considered late so if you get a late notice please check your your reports and
make sure that all have a submit. On the 15th of the month if
data is still outstanding a 3rd notice will be sent by
the analyst him or herself. F.D.A. may just choose to initiate when
court reporter process at this point at the agencies to the failure to
report list if there are extenuating circumstances why you cannot report please
be sure to contact your safety in this big trip were required data can have
severe consequences and could affect the program funding a fair trip or it
can be submitted by an analyst to F.D.A. for a variety of reasons again such
as delinquent reports if the C.E.O. certification is more than 45 days
late the bench will delinquent report incomplete data and so forth so in to the web site access your username
and your team is your email address in all lowercase letters the agency’s
user manager establishes a person’s user role within the system the user manager is
also the point of contact if you need to have your user role changed or your email
address or phone number changes their 6 X. less access levels for
reporting in T.V. The C.E.O. C.E.O. delicate and N.T.P. contacts
have the highest level of access and full functionality to include into
the annual forms monthly ridership and safety and security data the main
difference between the 2 C.E.O. accesses in the N.T.
to contact is that C.E.O.’s and delegates can also submit
the annual certification form. In T.D.
editors shown only as editor in the system can edit all annual forms and can
submit monthly ridership and safety and security forms the safety contact
can create it delete save and submit safety forms they have full access
to safety forms however the safety person cannot change annual data or
monthly ridership. The safety viewer can create a at it and
save but does not have a submit button and viewers can only view data person must
be uniquely identified in the system and only one role the designated
contacts are responsible for reporting data accurately and
responding to questions about the data automated eal mails such as reminders and
late notices are sent to the safety contact if there’s no safety contact
these are then sent on to the N.P.T. contact the email address listed as
the last modified user again you’ll see in a moment we’ll receive notices of
forms that are returned for questions or changes users can change the password as often as we like but the system
requires a new password every 60 days password must passwords must contain
$12.00 to $20.00 characters comprised of at least one uppercase letter one
lower case letter one number and or a special character any 3 out of the 4
If the user ID has not been used for 60 days the system will lock that user
ID if you get locked out click on the reset password link located beneath
where you enter in your logon You can also if you forgot your password you could
also see a similar option there password. If you still have further assist that
need further assistance after a lockout You can certainly contact the N.T.P.
helpdesk or your safety analyst. So the National Transit database is
accessed from the Federal Transit ministrations website this is a snapshot
of the into the home page on the F.P.A. website please notice that the link
on the right hand side to the in T.D. porting tool this is where you go
in to report data on the left hand side you’ll notice there are several links
which we’re going to go over directly so the 1st of these links is called about
the in T.D. which contains an overview of the entity program contact information
and helpdesk contact information. The in T.D. data section provides
access to time series products for historical and current annual data
monthly ridership data and safety and security statistical information yes
a nest time series often used for peer comparisons as we mentioned just
a moment ago under the reference materials you’ll find the in T.D.
glossary policy manual intern the quick reference guides information on
training and conferences presentations webinars as well as an explanation
of all of the forms used in N.T.P. reporting when you’re accessing into the system after you clicked on that
into the reporting link the screen that you see here the snapshot you see on
the left is what comes up 1st and once you click on the agree then the next
box pops up where you can put in your log in and your password and here you’ll
see there’s a perk up password option or there could be a reset
option here instead so once you locked in this is the 1st green
you would see you’ll notice across the top in the blue band there
are several menu options so the 1st menu option this is what default
screen is the news menu option here is where you’ll find
a variety of announcement and items of interest the next menu
option is the tasks menu which shows you how many tasks are in your queue
tasks things that you need to do for example one of the tasks you may
have is to manage any pending or incomplete safety and security
reports the Records menu option is where you’re going to go most of the time
this is where you access the safety and security reporting
packages the wreck Reports tab will display reports that are
available to you one such report would be the historical look up
report to be you safety and security data that you’ve
reported in prior years. In 2017 we launched a new report named
the rate compared to industry rate report which will compare your agencies incident
injury and fatality rate against the industry average and then finally
the action menu option is where is items can be new users can be added
in addition to a user functions OK So 1st we’re going to review the set
up in a little bit more navigation with an entity to safety and
security packages are automatically generated at the commencement of a new
calendar year based on the agency’s previous reporting status so if you
are a full reporter in the last year you’ll have a safety package
launch in the New Year modes and types of services available in the safety
module are determined by the agency’s P 20 profile for if you see any
unexpected changes to the modes or types of service contact the person
in your agency who submitted in your reporting data if you do not know who that
is you can contact your safety analyst and we can look into to who
that contact would be please do not attempt to modify
the P 20 profile as any modal changes Mer there can affect all aspects
of reporting not just safety and security as well and
could cause data to be delayed safety packages give you access
to all of the safety and security reporting forms so
again the C.E.O. certification form is submitted annually just sort of by
data reported by the prying prior year yes nest 30 security configuration
forms report your security personnel. Access to create an S.M.S.
40 major incident report and the S N S 50 non-major monthly
sort summary report forms. For each month that. Through the current through
this point in the year so you’ll see these forms generate
as each month becomes available. As I mentioned on the records tab
that’s where you’ll find the safety and security reporting packages so
I think I mean dancing the wrong way that we go pelletised OK so
once you click on the into the safety package you’ll be presented with
the years that are available as you probably know if you look at
the system right now you have 3 B. years available but
that will soon change and you’ll be down to 2018 and
2018 reporting years. Too far when you complete
those steps the safety and security summary of you most
likely go to 4 apologise. I don’t know if somebody else
is controlling things on me. I promise I’m not touching it. It’s all I’m going to the left and it’s
going to the right so I don’t I can use a little goes one on the bottom is a
letter right can I wear it just $32.00 so I don’t see that you know I see nothing
my view I apologize every minute now I’ve got them OK OK Let
me back up to where I was OK Well there we are polishers everyone. All right so once you get into
the package the safety some Arabia or the landing page is the 1st
thing that you say. Seal notice across the top you have
your into the agency number and the name of your agency your
safety contacts e-mail address and name will be available it’s just not
available right there because this is just test screen normally or to the validation
analysts name and information there. And they disclose your report that you’re
reporting and below that you see the form name filter box this is the long
box with the with the arrow here so that you can limit what type
of report you want to be you. In the table below and within that table below you can sort by
all of the columns that are available. To access your the particular
forms you want to see OK. So the next excuse me mother thing I
meant to show you one of the thing up here on the right hand side this 1st
a summary of your landing page you can’t actually open any reports or anything
from this point you’re only viewing what you’ve done if you actually want to
do any safety and security reporting or editing you must click on the blue button
at the top where it says in P.P.C. forms. Again here on the dashboard the dash
Wilbur looks very similar I’m going to show you in just a minute but the same
functionality is there you can use the form name filter box to filter what
reports and forms you’d like to see you can also sort all of the columns
as we’ve already discussed and as you’ll see in just a moment when you
are on that you the form names appear in the blue link on the left hand
side which fits in there and this already it will also show you the
event number be sure to click on closed when you’re finished using the screen
it may leave you a task if you don’t so here you can see where you
can file a new S N S 40 and you click on these blue links to
open the form you want to work with OK so we’re stopping for questions at this
point and because you’re using the Q. in a box we’re just going to continue on
and you can continue to ask questions and you could do you in a box and we’ll answer
them as we go along someone’s covering that box as we go so at this point I’m
going to turn this over to change. I guess I have to change change. Thank you and that includes navigation so we’re now going to move on to the S.S.
20 safety and security C.E.O. for. The S.S.
20 see a certification form the C.E.O. or his or her designee confirm the accuracy
of the major and non-major safety and security data for the previous calendar
year the form becomes available on January 15th in the previous year safety
package on the New Year launches the form automatically calculate
data from submitted reports for the year and submitted that is not
included on submitted that includes reports that have only been saved and
not V.C. not submit. The form is due by the end of February of
the following me of the following year and only the C.E.O. or C.E.O. delegate accounts can confirm or
can submit the form. Reporter should review their data to
ensure it matches the data in the S. and S. 20 agencies should also use any in-house
reports available to help verify the data the historical look up report on the
Reports tab within the entity system may be helpful as well as it shows incident
counts by month the data does not match check to ensure that all safe your
reports are submitted once again and submitted reports are not included
you may add or delete S.S. 40 or added S.S. 50 data and the S.S. 20 will
automatically recalculate the numbers remember to always notifier safety analyst
if you delete any S.S. 50 data or S.S. 40 reports your CEA will check to confirm
box adjacent to the data then the C.E.O. can click on submit once the form is
submitted it cannot be resubmitted but the form auto calculates each time it
is opened if you’re not the C.E.O. or C.E.O. delegate you will not
have a submit button on this form. This is a snapshot of the S.S. 20 C. certification form please notice that
the C.E.O. name and title shown in this screenshot of our test database does not
reflect actual data reported by an agency. And then this order concludes
Yes nests on the form. The S.S. 30 that’s nest 30 security
configuration form collects the number and type of security personnel employed or
contracted by your agency the S.S. 30 form is completed once at
the beginning of the calendar year and you are not required to update
this form again during the year. All S.N.’s thirty’s must be completed and submitted to enable reporting if you can
not create or at it and that’s nest 40 or 50 is because one or more S.S.
30 does not submit it also if your agency adds a new mode during the
year you will need to complete the S.S. 30 before any other S.S.
forty’s or fifty’s and be completed. This is a snapshot of the S.S.
30 security configuration form again this is not represent
actual data for the agency so. Notice you have a place to enter the
primary number of security personnel and the total number of security personnel
which is the primary and secondary added together do not leave either of these
boxes blank Below is a list of 7 types for security personnel with 2 columns to
identify the type as primary or secondary. The primary security personnel is
the force that response to incidents in or on transit control property or
is assigned to patrol agents property for the use of local police
non-contract that use a count of 0. Not sure what’s going on
here can’t get it to change. James you want the number
40 is that the problem that I can’t yeah I don’t
know what happened but. Thank you for
the secondary security forces the one or ones that occasionally respond or respond
when primary force requires assistance again for the use of local police
non contracted use a count of 0. The number of her cells reported and
full time equivalent hours so one F.T.E. equals one person working a 40 hour
week or $2080.00 hours per year for 8 the number of personnel if
the person works only part time providing transit security or they
provide security for more than one mode one S.S. 30 is completed for each mode
be careful not to double count personnel totaling line 2 from each essence 30
form for the equal the total number of personnel for your whole agency and B.P.T. mode the total number is 1.5
L R D M Of the total numbers 3.0 and for D R.T.O. the total number is point 5
This means the total security force for the agency would be 5. If your security force covers multiple
modes you may use any reasonable method for determining F.T.E.
that may be modal ridership or the number of employees covering them and
agency contracts for Security and pay the monthly The based on services
used they should determine F.T. based on the previous
year’s total hours work. Entity allows for only one person primary
personnel type your agency has more than one type of security personnel
it considers its primary report the security force with the largest
number of personnel at the primary and the smaller force a secondary for
further information on the S.S. 30 Lisi the say in
security policy manual or safety in security Internet reporting
manual on the entity website or ask your analyst person this
concludes the review of the S N S 34. We do have a few changes for $2019.00. The 1st change is a clarification
pertaining to attempted suicide the definition of attempted suicide is
changed to shown the attempt of the Act and the intent to inflict self harm
must be accounted for by a 3rd party. So please be insured to include
all corroborating information in the event description. Additionally there was no clear attempt
and a person was transported only for mental health evaluation this is reported
on the non-major monthly summary report so this will be an S.S.
50 I mention this is we discuss attempted suicide that we receive reports of
attempted suicide where the person only stated they wanted to harm themselves
yet there was no actual attempt. We also have some form changes the 1st
form change the threshold question on set up screen to the question was were
transit vehicles involved in this event has been changed to read or transit revenue vehicles involved in this
event this change is designed to help the reporter determine if the adventure
be reported the transit collision or the non transit collision that does
not and involve a revenue vehicle. We will touch more on this and the high
level clarifications we also change the question regarding towed vehicles from
did this collision result in a tow away to this collision result in a tow
away due to disabling damage. For clarity these are for clarity since
to always or not always do today. We also change the artificial lighting
selection on the collision information forms to indorse this was a common
follower reporters would use artificial lighting when reporting that street lights
were on when the intent was take capture the event occurred indoors we’ve added
2 new options to the basic information screen room when reporting a collision
you’ll see there is now a checkbox for suicide and
attempted suicide this is used to capture suicide in attempted suicide on an A on
the event level rather than collecting only the number of related attempted
suicide injuries or suicide fit salaries. For railroad This allows us to close a gap
so we can capture tempted suicide when the individual is not transferred but
we’ll talk on Thursday on the rail. Webinars. You want to check the appropriate box
on the basic information screen and also on the corresponding injury or
fatality form later in the report. Attempted suicide and
suicide not involving impact with a transit vehicle have long been
collected on the personal security form. However these options were
removed in 2016 when we started capturing them on the collision form
where political We have added these options back to the personal security form
so you’ll no longer have to report these under the other personal security
event option located on the same form. Again check the related box on the injury
or fix ality form for the individual. Non transit collisions some of you may not
be familiar with non transit collision events a non transit collision is one
that does not involve the transit revenue vehicle whether in service or
not it occurs on transit property and meet the reporting threshold for example a car in a transit parking lot
shrugs a person or vehicle causing injury or a maintenance vehicle collide with
anything other than a revenue vehicle on transit property a non transit
collision of that form we have added a new location of non-revenue facility
the selection would also be used if the non-revenue location is not
actually a facility such as the yard. Also we changed the wording to the
location option parking facility to read revenue facility parking facility to
match similar selections on other forms Additionally we’ve added a new collision
with a selection of non revenue vehicle you would select this option at the event
involved in non-revenue maintenance or service vehicle for example if a maintenance vehicle collided
with an object on transit property resulting in a threshold you will report
the collision with as non-revenue vehicle. On a side note you may have already
noticed some internal validation checks and there will be a few more during
the year the validation checks may give a warning that your that you have
conflicting data or may default to a certain selections based on other
selections made driven incorrect reporting this will help to reduce the number of
reports return for common pitfalls. We will now look at non-major reporting. The definition of a reportable event is
a safety or security event occurring on transit right of way or our infrastructure
at a transit revenue facility at a maintenance facility during
transit related maintenance activity or involving a transit revenue vehicle
the safety events must meet the single injury only threshold and are related
to falls electric shock it said or a. Multiple entry incidents are bumped up
to a major report the S N S 50 form also collects the number of non-major
fires where there was not an evacuation injury state tallies or substantial damage
but that still required suppression some exclusion most apply couple to
the non major events or events occurring at bus stops or shelters not on transit
of property less boarding or lighting and OSHA vents occurring in administrative
buildings the form is automatically generated for each mode type of service at
the beginning of each month this poem is required to be completed even if there
was a major event for the month if they capture different event types and even if
there’s no data to report for the month. To recap for submitting other safety
events you’re entering the number of occurrences in the matching
number of injured parties. Remember the injured means that they
were transported away from the scene for medical attention regardless of
whether they appear injured or not they’re not include people who were
not transported away from the scene for medical attention heroes here are several
examples of injuries reported on the S.S. 50 passengers thrown out of a seat
due to a bus meant maneuver was transported from the scene and
proper wheelchair secure meant and riders injured and transported for
treatment transit vehicle door closing on an arm leg backpack or clothing in
the trip and the person is transported for treatment or a person walking into
the side of a stop vehicle and is injured this is considered a fall
because the vehicle was not moving. And here’s a snapshot of the S.S.
50 monthly summary report form. To the category for injuries on the S.S. form relates to secure my issues secure
men issues or those related to an injury resulting from improper secure ment of
a mobility device such as a wheelchair or scooter so they are reported other
in vehicle secure I’m an issue the other category for other in vehicle
not a secure I’m an issue these are trips slips on the vehicle or for being thrown
from a seat during a vehicle maneuver again if there’s an un
documented attempted suicide and the person is transported from it
to how this is reported on the S. and S. to see if no events occur for a mode and month over in
the appropriate S N S 50 form and choose the checkbox adjacent to no dates
or report and save and submit the report remember do not include injuries to
collision or any other major event. Again reports are due at the end of the
following month and must be completed and submitted by the due date to
avoid an automatically notice. The S.S. 50 can be modified anytime
some reporters like to enter events as they occurred during the month for these
reporters they can modify the form and save and close the form after you
change your validation analysts reviews each report for accuracy if we have any
questions we may return the report to you call or e-mail you with our
concern if the return features use user ID under the last modified
user column will receive the email. This is a snapshot of a test in a 30
with an analyst comment or question so not only do you receive an email but when
you open the report you will be able to see our question or concern there as well
this new format shows a timestamp for each time form is returned and the reporter
may enter comments are not required in the form shows the current status which
could be submitted returned or approved this section will appear the same way on
the S.S. 50 M S N S 40 forms as well. Once again will stop here for a brief moment now’s the time to ask
any questions and the question and answer box but as an mentioned
earlier we move will move on shortly. I will now turn this over to Stephen. Thank you name Let’s take a lunch
at major events apartment so let’s discuss the ability and
reporting trash owns and more detail. Reportable event is a safety or security
event occurring on transit right of way or infrastructure at a trend there Ave
facility at a maintenance facility or rail yard during a transit
related maintenance activity or involving a transit revenue
vehicle amidst reporting pressure. Exclusions have not changed events that
occur often as a property or effect in persons vehicles or objects come to rest
on trends of property after they have that OSHA event and Administration Building
death from illness or natural causes maintenance vehicle collisions while going
to or from the related maintenance work or collisions involving a supervisor or
transit police vehicle operated. The following are thresholds
fatality including suicides confirmed with within 30 days one or
more persons immediately transported for medical attention proper damage
equal to or exceeding $25000.00 of accusations of a transit facility or
vehicle for life safety. Or collision involving in transit
roadways roadway revenue vehicle which results in transit roadway vehicle
or a knowledge that the roadway is open toto way from the scene regardless
of the severity of the damage. There are a few examples of events that
are reportable to antedate to people who are standing still when the transit
vehicle starts moving fall and are injured if a deadheading or out of service
vehicle is involved in collision or there is a fire at a bus garage
made a reporting threshold is a reportable maintenance related
activities are included in reporting here you see a few examples of maintenance
related activity that are portable. But and it falls into the pit
resulting in a fatality maintenance employee hit by
a vehicle in the yard and is injured less severe injuries to maintenance
workers are captured on the S.S. 50 monthly summer report along with not
major injuries to passengers and patron. Now we have some examples of events
that are not supportable employee is heard on a city street or other property
that is not friends own property of S. bus stop that are not on trend owned
property and are not reportable unless the event evolves transit be able or
boarding a light in a vehicle such as a person is waiting at a bus stop and
if hit by a car that is not supportable said the person was not on trend
control property on assault or robbery that occurs if the person is
boarding the lighting at the time. So part of the event definition standing
involving a transit revenue vehicle however entity also collects non-trade
the collision collision incident such as an ass in the tread the parking lot
that meets a threshold if you examples are private vehicles collide a private
vehicle collides with the best written or vehicle for an immediate transport for
medical treatment. Private vehicle collides with trends a
property such as Is station resulting into evidence of $25000.00 or
more or any other threshold. Polity is a death some firms within
30 days of transit belated event this includes transit related suicides Please do not include deaths resulting
from illness or natural causes. Or found deceased. Or persons found to seize on trends
the property where it’s not the result of a collision or suicide. An injured person is a person transported
immediately away from the scene for medical attention this includes
transport by ambulance and transport by private vehicle however
the person walking away from the scene for medical attention is not
an injured general rule if a person is transported
report it please note the injury threshold are different between rail and
the Realm modes or information on rail modes Please attend the training whether
consult a policy manual or other guide. A little further clarification on injuries
that a call attention must be sought without delay after the a bad
medical care sought hours or days after the bad threshold and
are not included. Medical attention must have been
started at a location other. Months other than where the event occurred meaning that minor 1st aid given at
the scene are not considered injured medical attention due to illness
should up their report it for example a passenger on a bus has a seizure
and is transported to the hospital. Property damage threshold
avenges with total actual or estimate a property damage equal to or
exceeding $25000.00 or reportable property damage
includes transit vehicle and non transit vehicle damage damage
the chance stations bus stop side and shelters if a political cost not said
the property for example private property building some senses is included and
also the cost of the wreckage. And see the only requires general
a ballpark estimate and you may has a variety of methods for estimating
Bluebook values repair amounts or insurance estimate stablished and property
damage estimates for specific combat types or severity of damage many travel agencies
create a list of standardized costs or the that may be done on a case by case
basis estimated damage excludes personal property such as laptops cell phone
investigation costs medical claims or litigation property damage but
always be reported on the S. That’s 40 regardless of the mouth
including the road damage if the cost is confirmed as $0.00 Please
enter a statement in the event description otherwise the analyst will
return the report request and. If there is a collision involving
a transit roadway revenue vehicle which results in either the transit vehicle or
and I’m sure the roadway vehicle being towed
the event is automatically reportable regardless of any other threshold this is
limited to roadway vehicles and therefore excludes ferryboats and trains for
example a trend the bus or the car collide there are no injuries or fatalities of
property damage to the $1000.00 but the car is from the sea the event
is reportable the tow is not based on the severity of the damage if
a road Levy ical is towed it is reported. All evacuations for life safety reasons
are reportable including or directed or customer self of accusations some
speculations where customers vacate the property without direction of
the transit agency or other authority. Some examples of a life safety reason
is suspicious packages threats it’s most of that fire fuel
fuel not just orders or a person with a weapon on the transit
vehicle if a bus as a transmission problem the passengers are evacuated to
the sidewalk or shoulder the transmission problem is not a potentially upset
situation and is therefore not. As a reminder to create a major event
report that the gate to the Records menu option then choose my
entity safety packages like and choose the calendar year it want to
report it click on the entity say forms button located in the upper
right corner to access that sport so at a new report just click on
the File menu at that 40 but. If you have an event to
report that includes 2 or more transit modes from your agency How
do you choose which mode to report other event involves your railroad and a non rail mode choose rail for example
one of your life relative calls and one of your buses collide for the incident
only what’s under the light rail boat. If the event is the premier to non-sale
those is the predominant use rule which is typically based on ridership for
example if a bus in a parish said that it will collide a port that under the bus
mode since it has higher ridership. The 1st 2 screens well after the wizard
to help determine if the event meets the threshold screen one captures
the date of the event and the mode and the type of service and. This is a snapshot of set up screen what. Set up screen one of the times the 1st and most common is a collision this
includes suicides or attempted suicides where there is vehicle impact for
the vent to be considered a fire there must be flames suppression Nolen
fire smoke a bad or the smell of something burning which meets another
threshold are reported as other safety. For that vent to be considered
a hazmat situation it only has to meet a threshold but the situation not
only has to be the threshold but the situation would have to have to
have acquired specialized cleanup such as that has led to an act
of God referred to as the nature such as hurricanes floods
tornadoes snow and ice storm. There are 2 categories of security in
their system security of such as arson bottom threats burglary
suspicious packages vandalism etc Basically there are events that
affect the transit system and personal security that such as
assault robbery homicide rate larceny that affect water more persons
This includes suicide or attempted suicide to that does not
of full contact with the transit vehicle just as with the other about
types that must need a special. Finally the last of that
type is other safety of these events are those that don’t
fit the other categories but need a reporting threshold this might
be an evacuation due to smoke or a fall resulting in a fatality
you’ll notice that injuries of 2 or more people have been Astrid for
another safety of that 2 or more injuries are required if that is always rational
therefore if there is only one injury and another threshold must exist such
as a fatality or an evacuation. The 2nd set of screen asks you a series
of questions some of which are based on the mode and or type of bad you
are reporting this is just a term in the portability of the bed at the sub
forms that need to be generated this is only a list that we will cover
each in more detail 1st is the number of injuries and or fatalities
the total estimated property damage about. The screen ask about the evacuation
threshold question if the event is a collision then you are to
you are also asked the tow a threshold question you will also be
asked if transit revenue vehicles were involved which determines if this
is a trend or not a transit Alyson. This is a snapshot of set up screen
to Fernand railroad car is a. As I mentioned if you choose
collision on screen one and screen 2 captures if there were a transit
revenue vehicles involved in the event select YES if this is true which includes
purchase transportation vehicles as a transit vehicle since Jerry
reporting since you are reporting for the service you would select know what the
collision involved a private vehicle on Trans a property or a transit non-revenue
vehicle collision occurs on Trans a property these are typically maintenance
vehicle collision that may be a threshold. Based on the selection you have made and questions you have answered the system
will respond accordingly if the vibe is reportable at the major event
the basic information screen will appear. If the event is not reportable the measure
of that the system will generate a message that if that is not a portable and ask
if you want to do at this point you can edit the selections of setup
screen to answer the question and correctly which may have
the embeds portable. If the event meets the criteria for
a major event the basic information screen will appear next the basic information
screen displays the date you already selected when entering the time be
sure to use AM or PM designations in if he is military or 24 hour clock format
the approach profit or absolute cation of the abet the CIO graphic location
launch to the end latitude is required you are permitted to enter numbers and
decimal point and the negative symbol for the launch into these is a minimum of 4
decimal places to do not have a Cornett if you use a variety of Internet
resources one such site is less law that. This is a snapshot of the last
long sight if you choose to use it as you can see there’s a box to add to the
physical address or the station they were mileposts at the system will display to
coordinate the latitude and longitude. The basic information screen also captures
the event description the description should be concise but descriptive so that
the analysts can understand what occurred how it occurred and should include
the number and type of injuries or any fatalities but please do not include
personal data such as names of license numbers to please refrain
from using code such as I.V. to refer to a vehicle or from including
the transit vehicle as vehicle on or vehicle to the analyst passed
to determine who it is and how not everyone who refers to vehicle
was the tread the vehicle notice this description clearly identifies the
tread ical the description box in the home 2000 characters if you see the 2000
character limit when you click on that and message will pop up that
exceeded the limit and will not be able to continue to the next
screen until you reduce the number of characters here we have provided
an example of a comprehensive area. The basic information screen now includes
attempted suicide and suicide check boxes when the event type is a collision please
ensure this is corroborated by the same check on the interior if a tallit form the
last piece of information is the name and phone number of someone to call for
additional information regarding the end that you do not need to enter the name
of the person if they are ready the designated safe to contact if you do
enter a phone number please type only the numbers if you include pressies or
God only part of the number is collected. The basic information Spain is also
the 1st progress or appears on this bar shows you how many subsections
you have to complete at the progress bar. This is a snapshot of
the basic information screen. First we were of you the details of
reporting a collision the collision screen will vary slightly depending
on mode up to 4 screens or subform that may appear one
report of the trends a collision the collision event information screen and
the collision information. The chance to be a call of all
the information straight and finally if another vehicle
is involved in the collision then the other vehicle involved
information screen will appear. This is a snapshot of the collision
of that screen or not. So the 1st collision screen is
the collision of an information screen for all the modes this capture the information
about the number of said the vehicle involved the answer would
always be one less 2 trends of calls from your agency for. The location of a that such is the trend
the facility roadway intersection roadway great crossing bus stop at cetera. What did the transit vehicle collide with
such as another vehicle person animal fixed object and so on. And if a political number of other non
transit vehicles were involved listen. There are a few things if the mud
when reporting collision information ramps street highways and freeways are
reported as roadway not a great crossover intersection Please do not feel left
out there and type in the highway or freeway other issues for
parking lots for example. Grade crossings are locations where rail
tracks and vehicular traffic intersect bus or service stop is an appropriate
location for modes such as motor bus remember spots the vendor
spots taxi mantle and so on. Part a lot entrances exits and driveways are not reported as intersection
is the roadway not a great cross or intersection location for
the collision with. A collision with a bicyclist and a cab or a person in a wheelchair as reported
a collision with a person scooters mopeds jam motorcycles school buses or
dump truck all all or all reported as a collision with a motor vehicle please
do not flood other and type in school bus. Collision with a transit vehicle is used
when 2 transit vehicles from your agency collide if you collide with the transit
vehicle from another and it is reported as a collision with a motor vehicle in
a multiple impact collision scenario for the collision with as
the 1st object impacted for example a bus collides with a car and that
the car in the building the collision with selection would be motor vehicle and you
would include the damages to the building and the building was struck
in the event description. Let’s look at a few examples of how
to determine how many other motive Motor Vehicles to report please do not
include the transit vehicle revenue vehicle and the scout if a car was cut
off a bus but no contact is made and the bus goes on that car too the number
of other vehicles to report is what Because only car number 2 add ons that if
a car one hit a car to that car to hit the bus a number of other vehicles
report is to again both car one and car to contest please know this box
is not the total number of vehicles in the village it is only the number
of not transit vehicles involved so please do not include the transit
physical and the number. As with other events and entre as a
collision must meet a reportable threshold here are a few examples a privately
owned vehicle collides with a pedestrian private vehicle or
object in a transit parking lot a privately owned being who collides with
another privately owned vehicle on a ferry a transit non-revenue vehicle
collides with anything or anyone on transit property on
the laundry and the collision for it would include the non-revenue
vehicle as another as the other will. The law treads a collision form would
appear if you reported a collision that met a threshold of one or
transit revenue vehicles involved in this collision you select and
know this would be appropriate for reporting collision on trends of property
when a transit ical is not involved. After the collision event information
screen until it information screen will appear this is a snapshot of the 1st part
of the collision information screen. The collision information screen captures
information about the condition of the scene all modes capture the weather
at the time of the collision was a clear raining snowing etc under light
in the twilight election is used to refer to both Dawn and the but in the full light
or dark out the shoreline corroborate. You entered in the basic information
screen if the collision occurred in a tunnel or
facility at least artificial light in. This election is not used to
indicate street lights or life or. There’s some considerations when
reporting the roadway configuration it would select limited access highway
to report an incident on the freeway and limited access as ISIS to limited or
in some way for example if made a locked Astrid’s or
by schools. Please be sure that selection
is consistent with the location chosen on the collision of
that information screen so if you reported roadway intersection
on the event information screen Be sure to select intersection or
a grade crossing or a duration. If you choose roadway intersection or
brain process and the system will generate the 2
subsections for intersection control and great crowd crossing control
devices if a political the 1st of often is a great cross and control device
if the event occurred at a great cross and choose a side interest in the present
the process there is an option for no control devices there is no device or
side police is not a political Only if the event did not occur at great
profit The same is true for instruction control but one of these
options well was always a political. Location is left on the collision event
information screen must be corroborated on the road with a bigger ration selection
on the collision information for so if roadway intersection is chosen as
the location of the non rail collision information screen the reporter
must choose intersection or great cross then in the gray cross and
told the vice area is not a political because this does not occur at a grade
crossing and in the intersection control device choose the appropriate signage or
lack thereof at this location. At this point we have completed
the collision of an information screen the next screen to be for that to collect
information about trends a vehicle involved one screen will appear for
issue of the vehicle involved the 2 buses are from the same transit agency
collided you would complete one transit vehicle information form for
each bus the form includes an identifier Cal a buttons for increase or
decrease in a number of vehicles. This is a non rail transit
vehicle of all screens. The form captures the vehicle
to the vehicle action at the time of the collision with the
stops turning that center is captured for all modes the collision type is captured
for all but this is the part of the goal that was hit and is reported from
the viewpoint of the tread the vehicle. You would also report the actual or
estimated speed of the transit vehicle at the time of the collision sure the vehicle
manufacturer which is chosen from a dropped out list of choices and
the vehicle fuel type or not very close is also chosen from the list of choices for
non railroad collision the form will also prove that the question was this vehicle
towed from the scene due to disabling damage incurred as a result of the
collision so less yes or no accordingly. Let’s explore some of the trends of
vehicle actions such as a vehicle action options when the chance a vehicle
is moving into or out of a scheduled service stop reporting the
action as either making sure the stop or leaving the tread accordingly and report
the tread of vehicle speed to indicate the vehicle was both do not choose this
option if the vehicle is not moving if you choose the stop your parked option
please be sure to report the vehicle speed as 0 the vehicle speed must
be reported even if it is 0. This diagram shows most of
the impact points which are reported from the point to 0 in the transitive call
let’s look at the options in more detail. Rear ended means that the rear of
the vehicle was hit the the rear of the vehicle hit the front
of another vehicle shifted the rear ending needs a vehicle
travelling for the rear of another vehicle please do not report
this action as head on or other front and. Side impact means that the transit ical an
impact in anywhere on its side including the door the mirror or the tires with
the exception of one a sideswipe occurs. Other front impact is used on the front
of a trans if the hole is impacted but not what it would become the center of the
head on or rear rear end an example would be the front corner bumper it’s another
vehicle or object Well turning the bumper on the side at the front
Likewise other impact is on the treads of the well in the past on the
rear but not what it would be considered rear ad An example would be if Trent
back up and had to kill it all. Ties life is used to add to the of
Poles are parallel to each other. Going in either the same or
opposite directions Bob and scrape along the sides of each other both
vehicles will be reported at sideswipe please know that sides like cannot be
the action chosen when you are reporting collision with a person instead you
cited that what important people or broadside collision one vehicle
is reported as head on and the other vehicle is reported at side. So the diagram vehicle number was
the other motor vehicle would be reported as had on the transit physical the call
number 2 would be reported as side impact. While the full vehicle accidents or chain
reaction absence can be a challenge to report remember to consider the 1st impact
or collision type in your analysis. In this diagram vehicle would be reported
as or adding as doing the heading which means that vehicle to was rear ended which
then caused vehicle to be pushed into. A Trance vehicle which would
also be reported as rear ended. For the speed enter the actual
speed of the transit time of the collision if speed is
unknown you can use the posted speed for that section of the road and if needed
adjust the speed based on traffic and or roadway conditions at the time of
the incident please be sure that your escalated speaker operates your choice for
the treads vehicle as. The manufacturer of the transit vehicle is
chosen from a drop down list of choices including the selection of other
with a place to type the bad factor. It would also select trends in vehicle
fuel type from a dropdown list the form will also prove that the question was
this vehicle towed from the scene due to disabling damage incurred as a result of
the collision as a yes or no accordingly. That covers all the categories for reporting the transit
physical information. If you indicated on the collision event
that another vehicle was involved the other vehicle information
screen will appear this screen gathers information
about the on transit vehicles or vehicles involved in the collision if
more than one other vehicle is a lot it would need to complete what other
vehicle involved if permission for each motor vehicle involved so for example
a transit vehicle causes a multicar collision with 2 of us 2 other vehicle
involved screens will be generated and must be completed this form also
includes a vehicle Cal a buttons for increasing or
decreasing the number of other vehicles. This is a screenshot of the other
vehicle involved screen for non real collision reporting. The form collects the other the type
of other vehicle the form also includes an option for non revenue rail
vehicle the automobile option for both cars and passenger car bad a Dodge
Caravan for example the action or physical movement of the other vehicle at the time
of the collision and also collected. Justice when reporting the trends of
vehicle collision type the or indicating the part of the vehicle that was hit from
the point of view of the other vehicle the foreman clues the question was
this vehicle towed from the sea to do the same with damage occurred as
a result of the collision answer yes or no accordingly Lisa let
know that the vehicle was towed because the operator was
taken away of just want to. It must be due to disabling damage even
though that may only be a flat tire This is a collision information screen. If you are of and lose an injury or
fatality it will need to complete a screen for each person is form also includes
the person out above for increase or decrease the number of people person type
location categories are divided into 2 groups versus outside the vehicle
of persons inside the vehicle so be sure to choose carefully we often see
collision reports as a trend the vehicle operator is reported as data outside the
Ecole during the collision trends vehicle rider is the correct choice for
passengers boarding or alighting the forms also include attempted suicide and
the trespassing charge of the injury for ADD suicide and
the trespass check box of the fatality for please be sure to select the location
of the check boxes accordingly. You may test both the suicide and
the trespasser boxes as needed. Trespassers are people an authorized
area typically in facilities just as with attempted suicide if there
are police reports I went to state and etc to account for trespassing Please
include the information in the event description using the word trespass
search is very helpful to the analysts trespassing events are not
reported on the event level and just pass it is not a threshold rather
Lisa let trespasser injuries or fatalities for example if a person may
have trespassed in that authorized area of the tread that or whether they’re injured
such as an employee of the Dayton area. This is a snapshot of the fatality form. This is a snapshot of the injury and form please know that there is an option for
chances of operate or inside and outside the vehicle if the trend of evil
operators is operating the vehicle at the time of the injury please make
sure the full last person and I call. Now it’s time for
question if you have any questions please. Ask them and thank you in a box
left on this map of a changing. All right thank you Steven
we will now discuss the evacuation threshold
in greater detail. I can get the screen
to change there we go. Already evacuations for life safety means
that there’s imminent danger to all people in that environment reportable evacuations
are also to the rail right of way each evacuation type include both
customer self evacuations or transit or official direction evacuation can be
part of almost any event type but are least common inclusions and
evacuation requires all passengers and or employees to depart a transit
vehicle or facility these may be for safety or security event this includes
events that occur off property but may affect the transit system and
mobile provide an example of that surely. For example a gas leak or fire on an
adjacent property that causes the R.T.A. to vacuum way to nearby station. Evacuations or not when a person
is removed from vehicle for medical treatment. Or if it. Were moving passengers off
a vehicle due to a collision or removing passengers from a vehicle at
the sidewalk due to a mechanical breakdown once again those are not evacuations. This is a screenshot of the non
rail mode evacuation subform. The 1st question on
the evacuation of unscreened. As to confirm this that
the evacuation was for life safety or potentially unsafe conditions please do
not answer no to the evacuation question evacuations are not for
life safety then delete the report and create a new one answering no to the
evacuation question on set up screen too. You also need to include a brief
description of the back you ation including the cause. And the what was evacuated question
is used to indicate what was actually evacuated one choice would be vehicle
Bessel which would mean that the bus or vehicle at the time do not report the
location of the bus or ferry at the time. And the last question asked if
this was a self evaluation for example a self evacuation is when all
passengers get off the transit vehicle without being told to depart once
the evacuation subform is generated and report it cannot be deleted so
if an evacuation is incorrectly included the entire report would need to be deleted
and then the report entered without the evacuation Similarly you cannot
add an evacuation subform to a report. Reporting fires on the S.S.
40 that we that meet one or more major event threshold to be
defined as a fire the incident must have had fire suppression equipment a
personnel involved to contain the fire and must meet a major event threshold
without these major event threshold a fire requiring suppression
is reported on the S. nest 50 non-major summary report arson is reported on screen one as a system
security event not a fire the presence of smoke no fire and this suppression
is reported as an other safety event. Here’s a screenshot of
the fire event Detail Screen. As the fires enter on a rail vehicle
including the engine wheel area or anywhere on the outside this would or
be reported as in or on vehicle then you report the type or
cause of the fire for the fuel type selection if you choose
the location of the fire as in or on vehicle then you would report
the fuel type of the vehicle. Acts of God are natural and unavoidable
catastrophes that affect the transit environment select all occasions
the property damage injury fatalities and evacuations you’ll be able to
choose more than one option for example the location should indicate the
property or properties that were damaged and not the geographic location
such as the name of the city. This is a screenshot of
the act of God spring. When reporting hazardous material spills
the spill must meet a reportable threshold that cause imminent danger to
life health or environment and acquired specialized cleanup
a couple of examples of what is not reportable as a hazmat of that oil
brake fluid exciter from a transit vehicle most likely not enough
fluid to meet the threshold. Of a bleach container carried
onto a vehicle breaks open the vehicle is evacuated due to fines this is reported as an other safety event
because no specialized cleanup was used. This is a screenshot of the hazardous
material material spill screen you you see report the location of the
spill and the type of material spilled. There are 2 categories of security
incidents on screen one system security or personal security events which must mean
one or more of the following thresholds. System Security event occur on trends or
property and affect. And affects the trend the system as
a whole personal security events happen to vigilant individuals on trends or
property of those boarding alighting attended the call this is
where you would report suicide or attempted suicide that had not involved
impact with the transit vehicle. This is a screenshot of
the system security event screen you may notice that there is an other
system security event option on this form this would be to capture security of
a do not meet any other category for example shots fired at or
objects thrown out of the ickle. This is a screenshot of the personal
security event screen please notice of 2 selections of suicide and attempted
suicide you will also notice that there is an other personal security event
option on this form as well. The final major event type is other safety
and this is your miscellaneous category these events must meet one of the
following thresholds one more fatalities 2 or more injured property damage if 25000
or greater or an evacuation Please note you may report in other safety event with
one injury if another threshold is met here are some examples and evacuation of
a transit property due to smoke fumes noxious odors anything Calyon
tend to property that is not considered a collision or
suicide the fall execution they set or. 2 or more people thrown
from seat to a hard break. 3 people injured in an escalator if it
has like an abrupt stop and then please remember single injury offense a reported
on the S N S if the as a non major event this is a screenshot of
the other safety event screen. So at this point we have
completed all of our screens for the reportable event types. Will now review saving submitting it
submitting an editing at any point from the basic information screen on the
system automatically save your report so if you close the report without saving or submitting from this point on these
auto save reports become pending reports which are stored as a task
in the task menu option. When you are ready to complete the report
click on the task many option and you will see a listing of each
task major event reports test will appear with S N S 40 in the title
just click on the task in the system we’re turn you to the screen you are on when
you close the report complete report and save and submit or if you no longer
need there or you can choose delete and. Save and submit often the peer
when you’re in view form mode if you do not see a saver submit button
click on The View Form button and scroll to the bottom once you click
on Save the report a save is given an event number at the top of the report
the report stays open so you may review it when you submit a report the report will
close and return you to the dashboard submitting the report releases the report
to the validation analyst for review and comment it also notifies the analysts
that report has been created otherwise we may never know what has been
created if we see an unfamiliar report this past the due date we will
contact you to submit the report. The system will send the last modified
user one email for each report that is returned after you make a correction
please be sure to save and submit so
the analysts is made aware of the change. When reviewing or editing your reports it is important to
learn how to move around a document Here’s a list of the available button tools each
button may not be a bit of Ala go on every form one shortcut I would like to
point out is the jump to section but. This button allows you to jump to a
specific screen instead of using the next or back button that jump to
button is how you also edit reports The View Form button
shows the entire report for the for review it contains the jump
to button and save and submit but. When you open the report the 1st green
is a set up summary view this screen is the only place you can edit the date of
the event also if your report does not include any injuries or fatalities this
screen is the only place where you can add them then you would click on
next just place a report and view form mode at this point can continue
to use next to go to each screen or you can click on one of
the jump to section bug and jump to buns enable you
to edit that section so when you 1st click Next you will
not be able to edit the report it everything will be greyed out and
you will need to click jump to to edit. As a reminder save and
submit only appear in view form. If there are injuries or fatalities in
the report and you need to increase or decrease the number you can jump to
the injury or fatally section and use the add or delete person but if you choose delete person it will delete
the person you’re currently viewing. Similarly you can increase or decrease the
number of transit or non transit vehicles enter or buy again jumping to
the appropriate section click on Add be a quarterly vehicle be sure to click on
Save and submit after making your changes if you delete a report that was not
requested by your analyst please notify your S N S analyst not only do we need
to know why the report was deleted it saves the analysts from trying
to locate which report was deleted when our tracking sheet showed
a different number than the N T V screen. That concludes the presentation and
we will answer any questions and the question and answer box if you do not
get a chance to ask your questions or prefer to ask in a one on one
session please feel free to contact your US ness analyst or
any of us after the presentation. And just I want to thank you James I just
wanted to put in one comment regarding case you’re wondering about the. Lighting option called
indoors changing it. From a artificial lighting to indoors we
had thought that that was going to launch by the time we had this presentation but
unfortunately it has not but it will be coming along since so you’ll
notice that changes since it happens also I see that someone just put into a
question in the quick reference excuse me in the question at the section asking
about the quick reference guide they are available on the N.T.
system if you go to that in T.D. that link we were talking about T.V.
rep resources I think it says. And then you go to the 2115
security rip policy manual when you click on the manual
it opens up another screen and then on the right hand side you’ll see
a link to the quick reference guides and you can download them and
print them thank you everyone. I guess we’ll just wait a few minutes for
some more questions. And see anyone typing. Up Everybody thinks this went well. Obviously we instructors. Get a handle on the well
you know you know and. I think there is a lag. And I think I don’t know if you
want to try for Thursday but. Maybe I don’t know if you share
the presentation instead of me but we can talk about this offline
everybody can talk to. Everyone listening I am
going to do my room. Yet Thanks everyone for
participating in so I mean our special thank you to you and
James and Stephen for their time and their informative presentation as
a reminder to everyone you believe you will be receiving an invitation to
fill out an evaluation for this event we greatly appreciate your feedback if you
want to put in a comment sanctioned how you thought the platform went zoom
versus our old platform I would love to hear from you as well so it having more
questions you have the e-mail just says. It’s on the handout if you scroll back
up in the chat the link is there or go back to your e-mail and
I guess that’s it everyone thank you and have a great afternoon.
