Great summary: pity you didn't score anything on the SG.

I did indeed get some SG action including the ARG grain train transfer to NSW and a rail train with SSR GM & S class loco's. But they're not operated by V/line or Metro hence not shown in this movie.

Fair enough: but let's face it , with such an industrial background … I would have cut in some action on the mainline as well. Depends what your priorities are: if I'd captured a black crow flying over the lines, I would have put that in too.

    Thanks for feeding back.

Just arrived back from Melbourne. What a fantastic system you have, even if most people who live there seem to hate it! I say one thing some of tracks certainly need a little fettling! The drivers must be holding on for dear life. Great videos by the way!

Great video, It would be fantastic to get a video clip on board the sparks from the cab point of view. I have seen some interesting cab vids on the country lines which I enjoyed very much.

Thanks for that. I will look into it. Vic rail has changed so much over the years, but my favorite will always be the blue and gold with a bit of steam thrown in.

The cracks are confined to the bogies of some of Metro's Comeng trains, which began to come into service in 1981. The trains are due to be taken out of service in 2024.
