    Forest Rangers continue to investigate railroad tracks wildfire

    CAUSED THE FIRES. COURTNEY STURGEON JOINS US IN THE STUDIO WITH AN UPDATE, COURTNEY. COURTNEY: I JUST SPOKE WITH THE MAINE FOREST SERVICE AND THEY SAY THEY’RE LOOKING AT SEVERAL POSSIBILITIES. NO WORD YET ON WHAT CAUSED THE FIRES. IN NORTH BERWICK, CREWS RESPONDED TO THREE FIRES. FIREFIGHTERS RETURNED TO THE SCENE TODAY TO PUT OUT HOT SPOTS AND OVERHAUL THE SCENE, MAKING SURE THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT. DOZENS OF FIREFIGHTERS WORKED LATE INTO THE NIGHT TO CONTAIN THE FIRE SAYING THE DARKNESS AND GETTING TO THE SCENE WERE CHALLENGES. TRAIN SERVICE WAS STOPPED TO ALLOW CREWS ACCESS TO THE FIRES.>>DUE TO ITS LOCATION, THERE’S ONLY CERTAIN ACCESS POINTS THAT WE CAN USE AND HAVING ACCESS TO THE FIRE WAS THE BIGGEST COMPLICATION.     and tonight’s fire watch firefighters say two fires that broke out along railroad tracks in San Luis Obispo are suspicious the fire started at around 7:20 tonight where the railroad tracks meet orchid Road the San Louis Obispo Fire Department says two fires started about a quarter mile apart from one another firefighters say there were no trains rolling through the area at the time so they believe a person started those fires firefighters were able to put out both fires quickly there was no significant damage
