ANOTHER DEVELOPMENT GROWING EACH DAY, EVEN MORE SO IN THE LAST YEAR WHEN 36th STREET REOPENED AT THE LIGHTRAIL STATION. NOW THAT IT IS OPEN MORE PEOPLE HAVE ACCESS. ESPECIALLY WITH THE OPENING OF THE LIGHTRAIL IT HAS BROUGHT A HUGE INFLUX OF THINGS. IT IS A STEADY INCREASE FROM PREVIOUS YEARS.
