SOUTH A COALITION OF ELECTED OFFICIALS DEMANDING IMMEDIATE ACTION TO REDIRECT MILLIONS OF DOLLARS BACK TO THE EXPANSION OF THE METRO RAIL SYSTEM. AND THEY ARE PREPARED TO START SUING IF THEY HAVE TO.
