Thx a lot really this is so useful but in stead of lava make it really deep so they die and drop their stuff then go down with a bucket of water and get the stuff then swim up again and remove the water and get a one way ticket to free stuff 😀

If you put the lava one block higher the piston will kill you and the lava will burn you but if you put a hupper beneaf the lava it will pick up some items. Sorry for my bad spelling -_-

I made it and put a little house around all the sticky piston,redstone torches,redstone and redstone repeaters.
If you put a powered rail after the detector it will just look like you are trying to speed it up

I now another trap that's almost the same as this make a MINECRAFT fall onto a rail 24+blocks up and put no rail in one part after that part continue the rails and you're done just get someone in your cart and a take off death will happen when the cart hits ground just plain ground any block can be used

You could add a powered rail to make it look safe, 2 powered rails won't activate with 1 detector rail.

Haha, I'd love to do this on my Sibling Survival world. (I have a brother and sister, but my brother keeps killing us, so it seems good to have a nice trap.) Except I'd put overkill traps, like dispensers w/ tnt, arrows, splash potions, etc.. Or an underground temple, where you play a guessing game. You loose, you DIE!

I made my own minecart trap. When the cart goes over the activator rail, it triggers the redstone that fires a dispenser which is loaded with fire charges. The minecart falls into this giant pit and is synced perfectly with the dispenser so that it will be struck by the fire charge and destroyed, sending the player down a giant chasm. Fun stuff.
